Monthly or yearly
Pay monthly, or pay for the office yearly and get 2 months free: $1,667 a month, billed once a year.
More offices
Your first office is included. Each additional office is $400 a month, up to 8 offices in one state, each with its own admins.
Ad spend
On job boards it's included in the price. On social and job boards you pay the platforms at cost from your own ad account, from $30 a day, about $1,900 a month all in.
Minimums
The office is month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Recruiting has a 3-month minimum. Each recruiting plan covers one market, and more markets are a flat fee each.
Add-ons
Open Houses, for listings that need a host, and Production, for each agent's progress to cap. Add them to the office whenever you're ready.
Bigger, or your own
More than 8 offices, more than one state, or a build of your own: custom builds start at $5,000 a month, scoped with you on a call. A recruiting website is from $1,000, one time.

Do you charge per agent?
No. Add as many agents, staff and admins as you like and the price stays the same. You will never see a seat count on an invoice from us.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We set your office up with you, in your brand and on your domain, and most brokerages are live within a few days.
Can we start with one and add the other later?
Yes. Start with whatever hurts most, the office or recruiting, and add the rest when you're ready. From the month you have both, it's $500 off every month.
If we leave, what happens to our data?
We export your roster, your signed documents and your files for you. Paid yearly, the year is yours and it simply doesn't renew.
